Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the AIFlowPro website and platform. By using our services you agree to these terms. Specific engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work.

Acceptable use

Don't use AIFlowPro to build agents that break laws, violate human rights, or deceive users about being AI. Don't abuse model providers. If an agent you build misbehaves, we reserve the right to pause it.

Ownership

Your content, your configurations, and the agents you publish are yours. Our code, our platform, and our branding are ours. Neither transfers to the other by accident.

Payment

Setup fees are invoiced up front. Monthly care is billed monthly. Usage is billed monthly in arrears. We accept bank transfer and major cards. Invoices are due net-15.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. We carry appropriate insurance and will share certificates on request.
