AIFlowPro (“we”, “us”) builds AI agents and automations for small and mid-size businesses. We take your data seriously because our clients' data is even more sensitive to them than to us.

What we collect

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email, company, budget range, and the message you send. When you use our platform, we collect account details, configuration, and usage metrics required to run your agents.

What we don't do

We do not train foundation models on your data. We do not sell data to third parties. We do not use your configurations or prompt content for any purpose other than running your agents and providing support.

Third parties we work with

To deliver services, we use model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), infrastructure providers (Hostinger, Cloudflare, Vercel), and communication tools (email providers). Each is covered by standard data-processing agreements.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email privacy@aiflowpro.online and we'll respond within 30 days — usually much faster.
